Fix Your Broken Tooth in Just One Visit

Your teeth are the strongest parts of your body, but they still grow weak, crack, and break due to a variety of reasons. When this happens, your dentist must fix the tooth as soon as possible to prevent it from suffering further damage under the pressure of your bite. In many cases, the best way to restore a damaged tooth is by capping it with a custom-designed, lifelike dental crown. At our office, we offer same-day crowns using the innovative E4D machine, allowing you to enjoy your newly restored tooth in just a single day.

How a Dental Crown Works

A dental crown is named after the top part of your tooth, also called a crown, and is designed to mimic its size, shape, and appearance. Also known as a cap, the restoration is bonded in placed over your damaged tooth, protecting it while restoring its strength and appearance. Traditionally, placing a crown used to require at least two visits—one to prepare and measure the tooth, and another to place the crown after it’s been crafted by a skilled technician. Using our advanced, E4D CAD/CAM technology, we can eliminate the wait by creating a same-day crown to fix your broken tooth.

Same-Day Crowns for Faster Restoration

CAD/CAM, which stands for computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing, is a digital imaging, measuring, and milling system that can design and create a customized dental crown all in one visit. The system takes careful, highly detailed digital measurements of your prepared tooth, then sends the measurements to an onsite milling machine that automatically creates the restoration from the digital measurements. By allowing us to provide same-day restorations, the technology allows us to restore your tooth faster for optimal results.
