Are you struggling to find a job, because of your lack of computer skills? Or, do you know someone who has been hindered in his or her job search, because of a lack of confidence behind a keyboard? If so, the Joel D Valdez Main Library in Tucson is offering help, in the form of a Job Help course, that will run from 9 a.m. to 12, noon, on Thursday, September 8, 2016. This is a great opportunity for job seekers in the Tucson area to receive free yet invaluable training from a qualified computer instructor.
How Can You Take Advantage of This Opportunity?
The topics that will be covered during this course include how to conduct online searches, including online job searching, resume writing, setting up email accounts, and much more. For anyone who could use help learning how to better operate a computer, or specifically the internet, you won’t want to miss this chance to learn.
This event is open to the public, and pre-registration is not required. However, you can learn more about this and other upcoming community events, being held at the library, by calling 520.594.5500, or visiting the library’s main page, http://www.library.pima.gov/locations/MAI/.
